Shipping policy

UK – Free UK DHL delivery on orders over £100, 3–5 working days. For orders under £100, a flat rate of £5.99 applies.

Europe– Flat rate £35.00 by DHL express delivery, 3-5 working days. For European countries, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Additional taxes/ customs duties are the responsibility of the receiver. These are determined by your country’s tax regulations. For any further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the return shipping and any handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping (except USA) – Flat rate £50.00 by DHL express delivery, 5–7 working days. For international countries, outside the UK (except USA), orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.  Additional taxes/ customs duties are the responsibility of the receiver. USA: Flat rate £50.00, DHL express delivery, 3-5 working days. Orders to USA are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all taxes and customs duties are covered by us and there are no additional charges to you.
