Refund policy

Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise and in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable.

We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to any natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

Please note that pilling on cashmere garments is not considered a fault. Pilling is a natural process caused when the delicate fibres in the yarn rub against each other and form small balls.

All archive sale purchases are final sale, bought as seen and are not eligible for return or refund.

We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a secure, trackable delivery service, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer. Please email the delivery tracking number to us at store@mandkhai.com

We will inform you when your return is received and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. There can be some additional bank processing time before a refund is cleared to your account.

For in-store purchases we operate on an exchange only policy.
Please ensure you bring your email receipt as proof of purchase. Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, they must be unworn and in their original perfect condition.
